About Psychology Clinics: Psychology: The scientific study of the behavior of individuals and their mental processes is called Psychology. Psychology can also be defined as the observation, description, evaluation, interpretation, and modification of human behavior. Mental health also includes a person's ability to enjoy life - to attain a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience.
